Great local bike shop. They service your bike cheap and have a great knowledge base, which makes buying a bike easy as well as keeping your old rig running.
These guys are great. There's a good reason they have so many loyal customers. Whether I need a new tube or new bike, this is the only place I go.
2nd time shopping at Roll Models for a bike. 2 completely different purposes, first time was a commuter bike for my son to use at MSU. That was a great experience and feel he got the ideal bike to suit his needs while keeping to my budget. He's been very happy with his Giant hybrid.
Got a used bike from them in like new condition at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back with future business!
My purchase last week was for a bike to help me supplement my running after a knee injury. Andy was my salesperson both times. The entire team at Roll Models impressed me with their customer service. I paid a good amount for a Felt AR series bike and know i got a good deal. The team took time to fit me, had me ride the trainer to get comfortable on the bike and made sure everything was perfect on my purchase. Spending money on a quality bike, i was made comfortable knowing that these guys know their stuff and will be there to help me when i need it. I'd highly recommend Roll Models for whatever type of bike you're looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured, but was guided into finding the right bike for my needs. The guys are fun, personable and professional.
Horrible experience!! Disrespectful customer service!! I went in with my wife after purchasing 2 Schwinn bikes on Amazon and asked the guy at the counter if they could look over the bikes to make sure everything was aligned and that I had put the bikes together correctly. The dude basically treated me like we were idiots for buying Schwinn, saying that Schwinn is not even a company anyone and its all garbage made in China. This confused me a bit considering there is a Schwinn sign hanging outside of this shop. At this point, I let the guy know that I was not a bicycle professional and was just looking for a couple bikes to cruise around town. He laughed. His co-worker walked over and and he goes, "Hey, you wanna take this one?" Basically, throwing it in my face how stupid I was for purchasing these bikes, and hoping to get a laugh out of his co-worker. He then said he couldn't help me and that I'm going to be spending a ton of money in repairs because of how awful my bikes were. I told him "thank you" and we walked out. I have no idea how this place has 4.9 stars. It was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered and I will never be back in that store again.
