Absolutely horrendous customer service experience at this store with the rude and unprofessional installer Brent. Ruined my fiancé’s Christmas gift by degrading his stores own $350 product. Would give 0 stars if possible. Brent should be fired
The front desk little fat cashier knows nothing about the PM policy. He refused my request without check the policy details or asked his supervisor just because it's from Costco. Then I turned to the checkout between games and Apple. The cashier called Daniel helped me check in their system and told me it could PM and he need to let manager approve the request. Finally they told me it met the PM requirement and approved it. Thanks Daniel! You saved the appearance of Best Buy.

Stereo department.... bought the stereo and speakers 2 years ago with installation. Deal includes removal again of new system and will place old system back, we are selling the car now. Nothing but a run around.... needed the receipt, fine, we had them print a new one(this is my son's car, we had to go to store to get the receipt printed, 2nd trip) appointment made again-3rd trip, the speakers won't fit(they came out of car, as we absolutely boxed ALL components from this job and stored them) back to the store and management, since they are not available by phone. Incompetent stereo department.
Sooooo, the saga continues......... left after speaking with a manager and that job would be completed. Got the call that the car is ready...... now everyone has times of being a disgruntled customer, but when you are told you can pick up your vehicle and job is complete you ACTUALLY expect it to be complete. They refused to hook up the speakers in the rear of the car, and the manager in the store has now changed and also refuses to have the car worked on further.
Very clean, went to buy a sound bar and was helped very quickly, was only in the store 20 minutes and left happily.
